  4. Have you included examples, case studies, or data to demonstrate the impact or potential of your work?
  5. Does your submission accommodate accessibility needs (e.g., readable text, alt text for images, closed captions for videos)?
  6. Does your submission respect privacy, informed consent, and the dignity of the communities involved?
  7. Have you credited all contributors, partners, and sources appropriately?
  8. Have you disclosed any funding, partnerships, or potential conflicts of interest related to your submission?
  9. Have you included a clear statement that your submission can be accessed, adapted, and shared by others in the community?
